Cooper really works with you, excellent Service Dept., to try to get you on the schedule especially if it's a fairly critical thing and even if short notice. Knowledgeable techs, highly recommend. Not the cheapest but one of the best ! I'll take that all day long.

We had been happy with Cooper Mechanical for annual AC maintenance. However we decided to replace the old system this year. The price quoted was reasonable. The work they did was impeccable on two units .They checked later to make sure we were fully satisfied. Recommended

When Will visited my home, he was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was functioning properly and even though it was his last call of the day, he stayed late to complete required maintenance. Unexpected need for a HVAC heater and air conditioner replacement. Salesman Matt was down to earth and reasonable…no high pressure. Timely install. Everything installed and working. Highly recommend Cooper Mechanical!!! We called on Sunday when our AC unit stopped working during a heat wave (found their number in our church bulletin). The Cooper team showed up on time with three trucks, including the new AC/heat pump units and all parts needed for the installation work. They completed the job in half the predicted time. The crew did a clean and efficient job, and were friendly and polite.

Our boiler stopped working but Steve from Cooper Mechanical came out and got it up and running again. Both Steve and Dan from their office were great to work with and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. I was out of town and my wife called to have the AC repaired. The technician walked her through some troubleshooting over the phone first, but eventually had to show up and correct the issue. He not only corrected the issue but added proper filtration. Thank you and highly recommend!

We underwent a major home renovation and addition and our GC used Cooper Mechanical out of Ottsville as a significant sub-contractor on the project. The work product of Cooper was always outstanding (I cannot say the same for all the subs). I recently had Cooper come out for some minor follow up work - they were on time, extremely friendly, explained everything - overall a highly positive and professional experience. I will definitely use Cooper in the future.

I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical. The entire team is honest, courteous, and very accommodating. The prices are on point with local rates, but the service is absolutely stellar. The work done by the installers and technicians was clean, detailed, and they were very respectful of our home. Our house has never felt this comfortable in the 6 years we have owned our home. Its unfortunate that I cannot go after the shotty work done by the original home builder as he is out of business now. But I am extremely grateful that Cooper mechanical was able to get us back up and running better than ever.

Cooper sent Taran and Eddie out to relocate our laundry room. They had a difficult job but came in under budget and time. The were very easy to work with and did excellent plumbing work. I have been a client of Cooper Mechanical for at least 5 years now and have always had positive experiences. They installed a heat pump at one property and performed routine maintenance. I also use them for any plumbing issues I have. I currently use them for yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance, and plumbing. I have had them do everything from set a toilet and plumb in a sink, to snaking a drain, and addressing sewage problems.The phone is always answered, Dan in scheduling always get me in same day if I have an emergency, or within 1-2 days for something more routine. Everything is done electronically, including notes from each job, and billing. I have had to call to obtain records for service done 5 years ago and it wasn’t an issue. The records were emailed to me the next day.I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical! Now if they would only also do electric… 😉

Had AC system replaced 3 years ago. They replaced all the ducting in attic, the evaporator in attic and the external unit. Did a very thorough and professional job. The workmanship was excellent. Three years on everything works fine. Never got a chance to review previously, but I wanted to put in my two cents worth in regards to this being a good company.

My parents live in Astoria and are 92 & 90 years old. There Boiler broke on Sunday early morning and had no heat for 5 hours. They called me and I went on Google and found Coper Mechanical. WOW - from the initial phone call to the instillation I can never say I had a better experience!!! The Technician was respectful, Helpful and Understanding of my parents.
