Hiring Lead HVAC Installers – $3,000 Signing Bonus*
Cooper Mechanical has immediate openings for full-time, year-round Lead HVAC Installers at our close-knit, stable company, headquartered in Ottsville, PA. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in the installation and replacement of a wide variety of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, ac, geothermal and radiant, in residential and light commercial settings.
Job Requirements
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in residential and light commercial settings, a clean driving record and submit to a background check and drug test.
The successful Lead HVAC Installer will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to install HVAC systems in new construction and replacement settings
- Strong technical competence and excellent communication skills
- Trouble-shoot and resolve issues
- Maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Guide and mentor HVAC Apprentice Installer on proper techniques of installation
- EPA Certified
- Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and accurately
- Polite, neat, and professional at all times
