May 3, 2020

We hope all of our friends and neighbors have been healthy and not too stir-crazy during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.  To those of you whom we were able to help during an emergency situation during the last few weeks, a heart-felt thank you for your trust.  To our customers who have patiently waited for us to be fully up and running again, we’re happy to report that Governor Wolf has approved the reopening of our company.  We are once again, providing full-service at our regular hours of operation, including 24/7 emergency services.

I’d like to share with you the steps we’ve taken to protect you and our employees as we navigate through the “new normal”:

  • We continue to monitor the guidelines from our local and federal government and the CDC.
  • We have instructed our employees to follow best practices such as taking their temperature every morning, wearing masks, gloves, and booties, frequently washing their hands with soap and water and/or hand sanitizer, and sanitizing the equipment they touch to minimize the possibility of transmitting the virus.
  • Our employees are observing social distancing practices which means they will stay as far away from you as possible – at least 6 feet.
  • We have requested that our employees stay home and seek medical attention if they feel sick or have come in contact with someone who is ill.

Showroom is Open for Virtual Appointments

We are minimizing the traffic in and out of our office, and therefore, for now, our showroom is open for virtual appointments.  Please call Chrissy at 610-847-2441 or email her at [email protected] to schedule.  It is our hope to fully open our doors as soon as we can safely do so.

Parts Counter is Open for Curbside Delivery

Need a part?  Call us at 610-847-2441 and ask for Norm.  He’ll have your parts ready for curbside delivery.

Our Employees are the BEST!

Our employees are the backbone of our company and their health and well-being means the world to us.  If you have scheduled an appointment and you or someone in your household feels sick, kindly postpone your appointment so that there is no risk of spreading the virus.

We know that with everyone’s cooperation, we’ll get through the remainder of this difficult period with flying colors!  We look forward to better times soon.

Best,

Louis Cooper and the Cooper Mechanical Family
